<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action found at Case No. CI 22-234 in the District Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC f/k/a
<br />Quicken Loans Inc., is the plaintiff, and the Estate of Randall L. Reed, the Heirs, Legatees,
<br />Devisees, Personal Representatives, and All Other Persons Interested in the Estate of Randall
<br />L. Reed, Deceased, real names unknown, the Estate of Gwen K. Reed, the Heirs, Legatees,
<br />Devisees, Personal Representatives, and All Other Persons Interested in the Estate of Gwen
<br />K. Reed, Deceased, real names unknown, State of Nebraska OBO Kaylynn Mae Reed, minor
<br />child, Exchange Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and
<br />marital status unknown, were the defendants, Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans,
<br />LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc., did obtain a Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff the sum
<br />of One Hundred Twenty Thousand One Hundred Seventy Dollars and Forty-three Cents
<br />($120,170.43) plus interest and costs of suit; and Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans,
<br />LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc., did obtain a Supplemental Decree finding that there is due the
<br />plaintiff the sum of Six Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-six Dollars and Thirty-three Cents
<br />($6,686.33) plus interest and costs of suit; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the payment of the
<br />sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master Commissioner should cause the
<br />lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the
<br />same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, John D. Sabott, Master
<br />Commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale to his duly directed,
<br />did on January 12, 2023, inside the front door of the Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place
<br />of said sale by publication once in each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed
<br />and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Juan Mateo
<br />Nicolas Montejo and Elena Gaspar Montejo Montejo, husband and wife as joint tenants with rights
<br />of survivorship, for the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00); and
<br />WHEREAS such Master Commissioner's sale was afterward confirmed on February 6,
<br />2023, and the said John D. Sabott as Master Commissioner was ordered to convey said premises
