200010653 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8063 (Cont) <br />Two (62), Sixty -Three (63), Sixty -Four (64), Eighty -Two (82), Eighty -Three (83), Eighty -Four <br />(84), Ninety -Three (93), Ninety -Four (94), Ninety -Five (95), One Hundred Four (104), One <br />Hundred Five (105), One Hundred Six (106), One Hundred Seven (107), and One Hundred <br />Eight (108) all in Industrial, Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />lying in part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point Seventy (70.0) feet South and Thirty -Three (33.0) feet <br />East of the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /a) of Section <br />Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West; thence <br />easterly parallel to the northerly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /a) a distance <br />of One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty -Seven and Five Tenths (1,937.5) feet to <br />the actual point of beginning; thence southerly parallel to the westerly line of said <br />Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /a) a distance of One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty and <br />Thirty -Two Hundredths (1,630.32) feet to a point on the northerly right -of -way <br />line of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence Southeasterly along the northerly <br />right -of -way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad to a point One Hundred <br />(100.0) feet west of the easterly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /a); thence <br />northerly parallel to the easterly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /a) to a point <br />seventy (70.0) feet south of the Northerly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /a); <br />thence westerly parallel to the northerly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/ ) <br />to the point of beginning. The above described tract of land containing 22.9 <br />acres more or less as shown on the plat dated 01/04/95, identified as "Exhibit A ", <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; <br />is hereby authorized and directed. <br />SECTION 2.
