Friesen and <br />Lindsy M. Friesen, husband and wife, are Trustor and Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on August 31, <br />2022, and identified as Document No. 202206406, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />The Easterly Fifty (50) Feet of the Westerly One Hundred Ninety -Eight (198) <br />Feet of Fractional Block Seventeen (17), in Windolph's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />CIO 110 20,23 , by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Trustee. <br />My commission expires: <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />NONA SCHROLL <br />My Comm.
