Brondel, wife and <br />husband and Jane Cunningham, a single person, Mark Cunningham, a single perosn and Emily <br />Jones, a single person, Katy Bentzinger and Michael K. Bentzinger, wife and husband and John M. <br />Cunningham and Sarah C. Cunningham, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Michael G.
