CUNNINGHAM, DECEASED, being first duly swom upon oath, depose and state <br />that he knows of his own personal knowledge: <br />That they are the owners of record and present title holders in fee simple in the real estate <br />legally described as: <br />Parcel 1: The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2SW1/4) of Section Twenty -Two (22), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />r.
