200010619 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT HAROLD L. HANSSEN and BONNIE L. HANSSEN, husband and wife; WILLIS J. HANSSEN and SHARON M. HANSSEN, husband and wife; NORMAN W. HANSSEN and THELMA L. HANSSEN, husband and wife; WILLIS J. HANSSEN, Trustee of the Hanssen Family Revocable Living Trust created by the Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated March 6, 1991; NORMAN W. HANSSEN, as Trustee of the Norman W. Hanssen Revocable Trust, or any duly qualified successor Trustee thereof, pursuant to a written Trust Agreement dated November 5, 1999, hereinafter known as Grantor, whether one or more, for and in consideration of ONE and No /100 DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledges, does herewith and hereby grant and convey to CENTRAL PLATTE NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT, a political subdivision, hereinafter known as Grantee, its successors and assigns, the temporary and assignable right and easement to enter onto and upon the easement area and to grade, excavate, store and stockpile materials, conduct surveys, operate and store construction equipment, operate equipment and to otherwise conduct all activities necessary for the construction of structures, conveyances and floodways associated with or a part of the Lower Wood River /Upper Warm Slough Flood Control Project. In addition, the easement area may be used for the temporary relocation of utilities during the construction of the project. This easement is temporary and shall terminate upon the completion and acceptance of the above project by Central Platte Natural Resources District or its agents, successors and assigns. The easements herein granted are on the following property: A temporary construction easement located in Section 33, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the-Southwest Quarter (NW corner, SW1--4) of said Section 33; thence on an assumed bearing of S 00 °01'18" W along the West line of said SW1--4 a distance of 175.29 feet; thence S 89 °31135" E a distance of 60.95 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 89 °31'35" E a distance of 305.72 feet; thence S 45 000100" W a distance of 74.14 feet; thence N 90 °00100" W a distance of 259.65 feet; thence N 06 °36131" E a distance of 55.32 feet, to the point of beginning. Said easement contains 0.35 acres more or less. A temporary construction easement located in Section 33, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter (SW NWT) of said Section 33; thence on an assumed bearing of N 02 017150" W along the West line of said NW14 a distance of 366.58
