200010619 <br />TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br />HAROLD L. HANSSEN and BONNIE L. HANSSEN, husband and <br />wife; WILLIS J. HANSSEN and SHARON M. HANSSEN, husband and wife; <br />NORMAN W. HANSSEN and THELMA L. HANSSEN, husband and wife; WILLIS <br />J. HANSSEN, Trustee of the Hanssen Family Revocable Living Trust <br />created by the Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated March 6, <br />1991; NORMAN W. HANSSEN, as Trustee of the Norman W. Hanssen <br />Revocable Trust, or any duly qualified successor Trustee thereof, <br />pursuant to a written Trust Agreement dated November 5, 1999, <br />hereinafter known as Grantor, whether one or more, for and in <br />consideration of ONE and No /100 DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and <br />valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is <br />hereby acknowledges, does herewith and hereby grant and convey to <br />CENTRAL PLATTE NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT, a political subdivision, <br />hereinafter known as Grantee, its successors and assigns, the <br />temporary and assignable right and easement to enter onto and upon <br />the easement area and to grade, excavate, store and stockpile <br />materials, conduct surveys, operate and store construction <br />equipment, operate equipment and to otherwise conduct all <br />activities necessary for the construction of structures, <br />conveyances and floodways associated with or a part of the Lower <br />Wood River /Upper Warm Slough Flood Control Project. In addition, <br />the easement area may be used for the temporary relocation of <br />utilities during the construction of the project. This easement is <br />temporary and shall terminate upon the completion and acceptance of <br />the above project by Central Platte Natural Resources District or <br />its agents, successors and assigns. The easements herein granted <br />are on the following property: <br />A temporary construction easement located in Section 33, Township <br />11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the-Southwest Quarter (NW <br />corner, SW1--4) of said Section 33; thence on an assumed bearing of S <br />00 °01'18" W along the West line of said SW1--4 a distance of 175.29 <br />feet; thence S 89 °31135" E a distance of 60.95 feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence S 89 °31'35" E a distance of 305.72 feet; thence <br />S 45 000100" W a distance of 74.14 feet; thence N 90 °00100" W a <br />distance of 259.65 feet; thence N 06 °36131" E a distance of 55.32 <br />feet, to the point of beginning. Said easement contains 0.35 acres <br />more or less. <br />A temporary construction easement located in Section 33, Township <br />11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter (SW <br />NWT) of said Section 33; thence on an assumed bearing of N <br />02 017150" W along the West line of said NW14 a distance of 366.58 <br />
