<br />MARION D. LARSEN, Trustee, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($ 10.00 ) and
<br />other consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual
<br />easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove landscaping items,

<br />other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lot 2 Woodridge
<br />South Subdivision in the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), in Section Twenty eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6h P.M. in the City Of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of-
