<br />electric utility poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers,
<br />and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part
<br />of Lots 22 & 23 Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, in Section Twenty Eight (28), Township
