<br />underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across,
<br />in, underneath and through a tract located in part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NWl /4,
<br />S W 1 /4), in Section Twenty seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6`h P.M. in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as
