Luth, a married person, hereinafter GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate, located at 624 S. Webb Rd., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />legally described as follows: (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76-201) <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1 /4) of Section Twenty -Four (24), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6'h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: Commencing at a point on the east line of said Section 24, which point is 1,008 <br />feet North of the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1 /4) of said Section; running thence <br />West parallel to the South line of said quarter section for a distance of 133 feet, running thence North <br />parallel to the East line of said section for a distance of 70 feet; running thence East parallel to the <br />South line of said quarter section, for a distance of 133 feet to a point on the East line of said Section <br />24; funning thence South along and upon said East section line for a distance of 70 feet, to the actual <br />point of beginning subject to one-half of the County Road abutting upon the East side of said tract, <br />all in Hall County, Nebraska <br />Executed this <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF 1LL ) <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me, a Notary Public, in and for said <br />County and State by Sherri L.
