THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by KIRBY L MYERS AND DENISE D

<br />Beneficiary named therein dated May 1, 2000 and recorded Mav 2, 2000 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA in Book at
<br />Page or Document No. 0200003556 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
