<br />REGISTER OF DEED;
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank, A State Banking Corporation by and through Craig E Marble, its authorized
<br />officer, MNB Bank, as trustee under the trust deed dated October 24, 2022 executed by MARY E.
<br />BODLAK, A SINGLE PERSON as trustor, in which MNB Bank is named as beneficiary, and said
<br />corporation as trustee, and recorded on October 28, 2022 as Instrument No. 202207686 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been
<br />fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: MARY E. BODLAK, A SINGLE PERSON, the estate now
<br />held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT FORTY-EIGHT (48), AMICK ACRES EAST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />ADDRESS: 48 Sonja Dr, Doniphan, NE 68832
