<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C. AND RAYMOND J O'CONNOR AND
<br />JIM D NARBER
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated SEPTEMBER 14, 1998 and recorded SEPTEMBER 16, 1998, in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument Number, 98- 109051 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />ALSO RELEASING EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 18, 1999 AND
<br />RECORDED DECEMBER 6, 1999 AS DOCUMENT # 0099111579
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises;
<br />LOTS TWO (2) AND FIVE (5), OAKWOOD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
