LUTH and SHERRI L. LUTH, husband and wife, as Trustor, and <br />JACK D. O'HARA AND DEANNE L. O'HARA, as their interests may appear as Beneficiary, <br />which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 200207693 in the Office of the Hall County, <br />Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, Cathleen <br />H. Allen, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following <br />described real estate: <br />The part of the Northeast Quarter (NE%) of Section Twenty -Four (24), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the east line of <br />said Section 24, which point is 1,008 feet north of the Southeast Corner of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NEY4) of said section; running thence west parallel to the south <br />line of said quarter section, for a distance of 133 feet; running thence north <br />parallel to the east line of said section for a distance of 70 feet; running thence <br />east parallel to the south line of said quarter section, for a distance of 133 feet to a <br />point on the east line of said Section 24; running thence south along and upon said <br />east section line for a distance of 70 feet, to the actual point of beginning subject <br />to one-half of the county road abutting upon the east side of said tract, all in Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Cathleen H.
