<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 06/21/2016 and recorded on 06/24/2016,, recorded as Instrument #201603910; executed by
<br />Riedv Enterprises, Inc.. a Nebraska Corporation, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is
<br />named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the
<br />note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely Riedv Enterprises. Inc., a Nebraska Corporation. the estate now
<br />held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Northview Ninth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on January 9, 2023.
