<br />UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />PHILLIP A. BECKETT II, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of
<br />One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys
<br />unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of Lot Four (4), Stuhr Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, the
<br />boundary of the twenty (20.0) foot wide utility easement and right-of-way tract being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Four (4) Stuhr Acres Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; thence N00°08'33", along the westerly line of said Lot Four (4),
<br />a distance of twenty (20.0) feet; thence N89°59'00"E, a distance of one thousand
<br />forty (1,040.0) feet; thence S00°08'33"W, a distance of twenty (20.0) feet to a point
<br />on the southerly line of said Lot Four (4), thence S89°59'00"W, a distance of one
<br />thousand forty (1,040) feet to the said Point of Beginning.
<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a total of .48
<br />acres, more or less as shown on the plat dated 11/21/2022, marked Exhibit
<br />"A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
