<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured to be paid by the Deed of Trust executed by, Ricky V. Yoder and Cynthia M. Yoder, Husband and
<br />Wife, Borrower, to Western National Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of Western National Bank, the beneficiary named herein, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated January 23, 2012 and recorded as Document No. 201200988 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska;
<br />NOW THEREFORE in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does, by these presents, grant demise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the real estate described as follows:
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
