<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, executed by
<br />CROWN PROPERTIES, LLC, A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, as
<br />Trustor, to First Interstate Bank, successor by merger of Great Western Bank, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of First Interstate Bank, successor by merger of Great Western
<br />Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 10, 2021 and recorded
<br />December 17, 2021 as Instrument No. 202110661, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the
<br />endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release, quitclaim and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to said Trust by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the property legally described as follows:
<br />The East Half (E1/2) of Lot Ten (10), in Block Five (5), Packer and Barr's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express understanding and condition
<br />that it shall in no way affect the other property described in the said Deed of Trust,
<br />which property shall remain subject to the said Deed of Trust.
