This Deed of Trust is made this � day of Qchye Y • , 2001, by and <br />among Elvia Galaviz, hereinafter referred to as Trustor, whether one or more, whose <br />mailing address is 704 West Sixth Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, 68801; <br />James A. Wagoner, hereinafter referred to as Trustee, whose mailing address is Post <br />Office Box 1585, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, 68802; and Doyle L. and Violet <br />B. Winfrey, hereinafter referred to as Beneficiary, whether one or more, whose mailing <br />address is 822 West Fifth Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, 68801. <br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and <br />assigns to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary <br />under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the following - <br />described property: <br />The Easterly Forty-Seven (E47') of the Southerly Eighty Feet (S80') <br />of Fractional Lot Nine (9) in Fractional Block Nineteen (19) in H.
