<br />CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record August 28, 2000, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />No.0200006976. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Dana J. Jackson, a
<br />single person, as Trustor, in which Mountain West Financial, Inc., a California Corporation is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Ticor Title Insurance Co. is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for
<br />record December 3, 1998 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Instrument No.98- 111878.
<br />On or about December 1, 1998, Mountain West Financial, Inc., a California Corporation, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal
<br />Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded December 3, 1998, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 111879.
<br />Michael E. Currans, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The subject property is legally described as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Mainland of Section Seventeen (17), Township Nine (9)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said Section Seventeen (17), said point also being the northeast corner of said Lot Four
<br />(4), Mainland; thence N89 47'30" W along and upon the north line of said Section Seventeen (17) and also being along and
<br />upon the north line of said Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Mainland, a distance of One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Nine and
<br />Eight Two Hundredths (1939.82) feet; thence S 00 47' 26" W parallel with the east line of said Lot Four (4), a distance of
<br />Three Hundred Ninety Two and Fifty Six Hundredths (392.56) feet; thence S 89 47" 32" E, a distance of Four Hundred
<br />Seventy Nine and Four Hundredths (479.04) feet; thence N 00 47' 26" E, parallel with the east line of said Lot Four (4),
<br />Mainland, a distance of Three Hundred Fifty (350.00) feet; thence N 89 54'43" E, a distance of One Thousand Four Hundred
<br />Sixty and Eight Seven Hundredths (1460.87) feet to a point on the east line of said Section Seventeen (17) and along being a
<br />point on the east line of said Lot Four (4), Mainland, thence N 00 47' 26" E, along and upon the east line of said Section
<br />Seventeen (17) and also being along and upon the east line of said Lot Four (4), Mainland, a distance of Thirty Five (35.00)
<br />feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Now Known as Lot 1, J. & S. Riley Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
