Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Dana J. Jackson, a <br />single person, as Trustor, in which Mountain West Financial, Inc., a California Corporation is named as <br />Beneficiary and Ticor Title Insurance Co. is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for <br />record December 3, 1998 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />as Instrument No.98- 111878. <br />On or about December 1, 1998, Mountain West Financial, Inc., a California Corporation, Beneficiary, <br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal <br />Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded December 3, 1998, in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 111879. <br />Michael E.
