<br />Notice of Commencement dated January 15, 2008 and recorded as instrument number 0200800443 on
<br />January 18, 2008
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust and Notice of
<br />Commencement above mentioned as follows:

<br />(4) IN BLOCK SEVEN (7) IN SPAULDING AND GREGG'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; AND FRACTIONAL LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4) IN BLOCK NINETEEN
<br />(19) IN PALMER'S SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
