<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated September 15, 1997 executed by RANDY L EVANS AND CYNTHIA S. EVANS;
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, named as Beneficiary and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the
<br />office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as instrument number 97-107745 and recorded on September
<br />18, 1997
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4), IN BLOCK NINETEEN (19) IN KERNOHAN AND
<br />DECKER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT THREE (3) AND FRACTIONAL LOT FOUR (4) IN BLOCK SEVEN (7) IN SPAULDING
<br />AND GREGG'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; AND
<br />FRACTIONAL LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4) IN BLOCK NINETEEN (19) IN PALMER'S SUBDIVISION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />And
<br />ALL OF LOT ONE (1) AND FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2), BLOCK SEVEN (7), SPAULDING AND
<br />GREGG'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND IT'S
<br />COMPLEMENT FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2), BLOCK NINETEEN (19), PALMER'S SUBDIVISION
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
