YOUNG and HELEN J. YOUNG, husband and wife, to BRANDON S. <br />CONNICK, Attorney at Law, successor Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS <br />& LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, the Beneficiary named therein, dated March <br />3, 2012, and recorded March 21, 2012 as Instrument No. 201202159 in the Office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed <br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned, as successor Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said <br />successor Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as <br />to such premises: <br />Easterly 17.6' of Lot Three (3) and the Westerly 64.45' of Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2), <br />of Knickrehm's Fifth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this day of December, 2022. <br />Brandon S.
