CONNICK, Attorney at Law, successor Trustee, for the benefit of HOME <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, the Beneficiary named <br />therein, dated January 12, 2009, and recorded February 4, 2009 as Instrument No. 200900730 in <br />the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned, as successor Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said <br />successor Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as <br />to such premises: <br />Easterly 17.6' of Lot Three (3) and the Westerly 64.45' of Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2), <br />of Knickrehm's Fifth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this Cd1day of December, 2022. <br />Brandon S.
