Quisenberry, <br />Deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Stephanie Vondrak, Paula Patrick and Matt <br />Jacox, GRANTEES, as tenants in common and not as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201): <br />An undivided one-half interest in the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Nine <br />(9), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, excepting a tract more particularly described as follows: Beginning at <br />the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Nine (9), thence <br />north along the East line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) a distance of Three <br />Hundred Thirty (330.0) feet; thence west parallel to the south line of said Northeast <br />Quarter (NE1/4) a distance of Five Hundred Twenty-eight (528.0) feet; thence <br />south parallel to the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) a distance of Three <br />Hundred Thirty (330.0) feet, to a point on the south line of said Northeast Quarter <br />(NE1/4); thence east along the south line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) a <br />distance of Five Hundred Twenty-eight (528.0) feet, to the point of beginning, all in <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record. <br />This transfer is subject to a right of first refusal in favor of Gary A. Quisenberry, during his <br />lifetime. This first right of first refusal shall require the Grantees to offer the real estate to Gary <br />A. Quisenberry at the then fair market value, prior to selling to another party. This first right to <br />purchase shall run with the land during Gary A. Quisenberry's lifetime. <br />Grantor has determined that the Grantees are the persons entitled to distribution of the real <br />estate from said estate.
