Stat. 76-201): <br />An undivided one-half interest in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(SW1/4NE1/4) and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S1/2NW1/4) of <br />Section Two (2), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6m <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in: A tract of land comprising a part of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10) North, Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter <br />(NE1/4); thence running westerly along the south line of said Northeast Quarter <br />(NE1/4), on an Assumed Bearing of N89°21'23"W, a distance of Two Hundred <br />Eighteen (218.00) feet; thence running N00°41'58"W, a distance of Three Hundred <br />Eight (380.00) feet; thence running S89°21'23"E, a distance of Two Hundred <br />Eighteen (218.00) feet, to a point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter <br />(NE1/4)'thence running S00°41'58"E. along the east line of said Northeast Quarter <br />(NE1/4), a distance of Three Hundred Eighty (380.00) feet, to the point of <br />beginning and containing 1.901 acres more or less of which 0.288 acres more or <br />less is presently occupied by public road right of way. <br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record. <br />Grantor has determined that the Grantee is the person entitled to distribution of the real <br />estate from said estate.
