<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated March 30,
<br />2001, wherein Dick E. F. Gorgen, a Single Person, was the Trustor, which was filed for record in S
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 2, 2001, as Document No.
<br />0200102747 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Record Books, which contains as trust
<br />property, the following- described real estate:
<br />Lot Sixteen (16) in Spelts- Schultz Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor, Dick E. F. Gorgen, a Single
<br />Person, has failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Deed of
<br />Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated March 30,
<br />2001, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
