<br />Revocable Trust dated September 13, 2011, n/k/a the Norbert J. Zoucha Irrevocable Trust, an
<br />undivided one-half interest; and Andrew M. Zoucha and Cornerstone Bank, Co -Trustees of the
<br />Elizabeth L. Zoucha Revocable Trust dated September 13, 2011, n/k/a the Elizabeth L. Zoucha
<br />Irrevocable Trust, an undivided one-half interest, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of
