<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds
<br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska, Recorded as Instrument No 202204778 on the 29th day of June,

<br />and IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the Notice of
<br />Commencement as Additional Security dated June 28, 2022 made to FIVE POINTS BANK,
<br />Lender by STAROSTKA CONTRACTING, LLC, A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, as Grantor,
<br />which was recorded as Instrument No 202204783 on the 29th day of June, 2022 on the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT NINE (9), HORNADY THIRD SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 12th day of December, 2022.
