<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Trustee
<br />under those certain Deeds of Trust dated July 26, 2021 and August 31, 2021, wherein SCOTT
<br />MEYER A/K/A SCOTT L. MEYER, a single person, and SCOTT M. SIMMONS, a single
<br />person, are the Borrowers/Trustors, which Deeds of Trust were filed of record in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 26, 2021, as Instrument #202106347; and
<br />on September 10, 2021, as Instrument #202107696; and which contain as trust property the
<br />following -described real estate:
<br />Lot Nine (9), in Meadow Lane Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which is commonly known as 2824 Goldenrod Drive, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801;
<br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements
<br />and additions; all of which is referred to as the "Property";
<br />�a ,a
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Borrowers/Trustors for the reason that said Borrowers/
<br />Trustors have failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the notes
<br />secured by those Deeds of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated July 26, 2021 and
<br />that certain Home Equity Line of Credit Agreement dated August 31, 2021, owing from
<br />Borrowers/Trustors to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of those Deeds of Trust referred to
<br />above, which secure these obligations.
