<br />JEFF GREENWALT and LOIS A. GREENWALT, husband and wife,
<br />Grantors, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received
<br />from Grantees, JEFF A. GREENWALT and LOIS A. GREENWALT, husband
<br />and wife, convey to Grantees, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. §76 -201):
<br />Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), and Ten (10), Block Fifteen (15), Evans
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantors covenant with Grantees that Grantors:
<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons.
<br />This Deed corrects the Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed entered as Instrument
<br />No. 0200009610 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />November 6, 2000.
