Box 505 <br />V Cairo, NE 68824 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />Jose Luis Torres Rodriguez and Maricela Vega Guerrero, husband and wife, <br />GRANTORS, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to Emmanuel Rodriguez and <br />Diana Rodriguez, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201): <br />The East Half of Lot Three (3) in Block Four (4) in First Addition to Wood River, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that <br />GRANTORS: <br />1.
