Ockinga, Plaintiff in a lawsuit filed in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Case Number: 107 -011, does hereby release a certain Lis Pendens filed against the <br />following described property: <br />Lot Fourteen (14), Capital Heights 8th Subdivision, Hall County, City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, <br />in the Hall County Register of Deeds office on March 13, 1992 as document number 92- 102021, <br />which Release is hereby entered for the reason the claim upon which such litigation was based <br />has been satisfied by Defendants, and the undersigned makes no further claim against the within <br />described real estate. <br />In addition to the above and foregoing, Douglas D.
