Locust, Ste. 501 <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />• <br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this / <br />day of December, 2022, by Ronald S. <br />Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Ronald J. Vlach <br />and Linda K. Vlach, husband and wife, are Beneficiary and Michelle Lynn Vlach, f/k/a Michelle <br />Lynn Ring, f/k/a Michelle L. Flynn, f/k/a Michelle Lynn Flynn and Marty Allan Vlach, wife and <br />husband, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on July 22, <br />2016, and identified as Document No. 201604652, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Six (6), Block One Hundred Twenty-six (126), Koenig & Wiebe's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />SS: <br />RONALD S.
