Box 28, 320 G Street, Central City, NE 68826 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the <br />Trust Deed dated 08/25/2022 and recorded on 08/31/2022, recorded as Instrument #202206403; executed by <br />Lonnie E Erickson and Jeanette M Erickson. Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of <br />Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to <br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed <br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said <br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely Lonnie E Erickson and Jeanette M Erickson, Husband and Wife <br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit: <br />Partial 1: Lot Two (2), Block (1), in Brentwood Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Parcel 2: Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Ponderosa Lake Estates Third Subdivision, an addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City, <br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on December 1, 2022. <br />gINNACL B <br />By: V a <br />Ot <br />a an W.'
