rri Lc) <br />CO <br />Cr) <br />)V°a) <br />PREPARED BY: First Interstate Bank, c/o Cindy McNeil, 163 Grand Avenue, <br />Burwell, NE 68823 Phone: (308) 224-2887 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, executed by Crown <br />Properties, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, to First <br />Interstate Bank, successor by merger of Great Western Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit <br />of First Interstate Bank, successor by merger of Great Western Bank, the Beneficiary <br />named therein, dated July 15, 2020 and recorded July 16, 2020 as Instrument No. <br />202005011, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been <br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with <br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these <br />presents, grant, remise, release, quitclaim and reconvey to the person or persons <br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to said Trust by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the property legally described as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Block Eleven (11), Packer & Barr's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express understanding and condition <br />that it shall in no way affect the other property described in the said Deed of Trust, <br />which property shall remain subject to the said Deed of Trust. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Trustee has executed this Deed of <br />Conveyance on the ( day of November, 2022. <br />FIRST INTERSTATE BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER <br />OF GREAT ESTERN BANK, <br />BY: <br />Phil Johan1n, Market President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) SS. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on this 2 ( day of <br />November, 2022 by Phil Johansen, Market President of First Interstate Bank, successor <br />by merger of Great Western Bank, as such Trustee. <br />GENERAL NOTARY -State of Nebraska <br />TERESA HAKE <br />My Comm.
