Lender is the beneficiary under this Security <br />Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is CENTRIS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. <br />Trustee's address is 13120 PIERCE ST, OMAHA, NEBRASKA 68144. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated December 2, 2022. The Note states that <br />Borrower owes Lender ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND <br />NO/100 Dollars (U.S. $137,750.00) plus interest.
