Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located <br />on land owned by Visioncomm Vending, Inc. (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />Lot Thirty (30), Bosselman Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />b. On May 7, 2003, USA Outdoor, L.L.C. entered into a lease (the "Lease") with <br />Visioncomm Vending, Inc. for the construction and maintenance of the Billboard. Legacy <br />Outdoor Advertising, LLC is the successor owner of this billboard to USA Outdoor, L.L.C. <br />Memorandum: <br />1. The term of the Lease is five years, beginning on May 7, 2003 (the "Effective Date"), and <br />ending on May 6, 2008. The lease shall automatically renew for five (5) consecutive 5 -year <br />terms unless written notice is given by either party to the other at least 30 days prior to the date <br />of the next yearly anniversary of the state date when the term will expire. If said LESSOR shall <br />sell the above -reference real estate any time during this Agreement, the new LESSOR shall <br />honor all terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br />2. The Lessee is currently in possession of the Leased Premises. <br />3.
