Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located <br />on land owned by RMA Investments, LLC. (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />See attached <br />b. On October 29, 2002, Waitt Outdoor, LLC entered into a lease (the "Lease") with <br />Construction Rental Inc. for the construction and maintenance of the Billboard. Legacy Outdoor <br />Advertising, LLC is the successor owner of this billboard to Waitt Outdoor, LLC. RMA <br />Investments, LLC is the successor owner of the property to Construction Rental Inc. <br />Memorandum: <br />1. The term of the Lease is twenty years, beginning on October 29, 2002 (the "Effective <br />Date"), and ending on October 28, 2022. The lease shall be extended for an additional five (5) <br />years, upon the same terms and conditions, unless Lessee shall give to Lessor written notice of <br />nonrenewal at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the original term. After the original or any <br />renewal term of this Lease, it shall continue from year to year unless either party shall give the <br />other party written notice of nonrenewal at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then <br />current term. <br />2. The Lessee is currently in possession of the Leased Premises. <br />3.
