RESOLUTION #22- 0 - 4 <br />202208273 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SCHEDULE <br />OF FEES FOR ZONING AND SUBDIVISION TRANSACTIONS <br />WHEREAS, Section 15 of the Zoning Resolution of Hall County, Nebraska, provides <br />that the Hall County Board of Commissioners shall establish a schedule of fees for various zoning <br />transactions; and <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Commissioners did establish such a schedule of <br />fees by Resolution # 21-035 On August 30, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Commissioners now believes that it is in the public <br />interest to amend said schedule of fees. <br />that: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Commissioners <br />1. The fee schedule previously imposed by Resolution #21-035 is hereby <br />revoked. <br />2. The following fee schedule is hereby imposed: <br />A. Zoning Map Amendment $950 <br />B. Zoning Text Amendment $950 <br />C. P.U.D. Rezoning $950 <br />D. Preliminary Plat $450 + $20 per lot <br />E. Administrative Plat (small towns only) $60 <br />F. Final Plat $490 +$10 per lot <br />G. Vacation of Plat $300 <br />H. Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment $950 <br />I. Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment $950 <br />J. Subdivision Text Amendment $950 <br />3. The schedule of fees be posted in the offices of the Hall County Zoning <br />Administrator and the Hall County Clerk, and may be altered or amended <br />only by the Hall County Board of Commissioners. <br />4.
