<br />the North Half (N 1/2) of Lot Six (6), in Block One
<br />(1), in Scarff's Addition to West Lawn in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR has legal power
<br />and lawful authority to convey the real estate to GRANTEES.
