NEPPL, a single person, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of transfer to Limited Liability Company, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, conveys to MAN PROPERTIES, L.L.C., Grantee, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
