<br />WHEREAS, David D Scott, A Single Man were the original Trustors, John S. Katelman, Esq. was the original Trustee and Wells
<br />Fargo Bank West, N.A., was the original Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust dated 11- 27 -00, and recorded on 11 -28 -00 as
<br />Docket/Instrument No. 0200010337 and recorded in Book n/a of Mortgages, at page n/a of Hall County, Nebraska, and covering the
<br />following described property:
<br />Lot Six (6) in Nottingham Estates Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in the place and stead of said original
<br />Trustee thereunder.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes Wells Fargo Bank West, N.A., a Nebraska corporation, whose home office
<br />address is 4455 Arrowswest Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907, as Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
