W <br />10Vd1S V '1'0 <br />n t� <br />C; <br />Co <br />f" 7 <br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the Conditional <br />Assignment to EQUITABLE BANK, by GERALDINE KOEPKE, of a Lease dated November 25, <br />1988, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC. is the Lessor and GERALDINE KOEPKE, are the <br />Lessees, such lease commenced November 25, 1988, and terminates November 30, 2023, and <br />pertains to: <br />Improvements only on Lot One (1), Kuester' s Lake, a part of the East One Half <br />of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2 SW1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine ( 9) West of the 6th P.
