ooN v <br />(J.) <br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />171 <br />:n <br />GERALDINE KOEPKE, Assignor, do hereby assign to EQUITABLE BANK, Assignee, as <br />additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of <br />$297,900.00, the Lease dated November 25, 1988, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC. is the Lessor <br />and Assignors are the Lessees, pertaining to the following -described premises; <br />Improvements only on Lot One (1), Kuester' s Lake, a part of the East One Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (E1/2 SW1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.
