STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions, <br />under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement <br />which will infringe upon a public utility easement: <br />Installation, maintenance and repair of a wooden privacy fence on west side on the properties addressed <br />as 1502 Peach Street, 1510 Peach Street, 1518 Peach Street, 1526 Peach Street, 1534 Peach Street, 1542 <br />Peach Street, 1550 Peach Street, 1558 Peach Street, and 1606 Peach Street, per attached Exhibit "A", <br />dated 2022/10/20 and consisting of one (1) page. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE.
