<br />in and make investment selections and give investment directions under such plans; to
<br />amend or terminate individual retirement accounts or other retirement or deferred
<br />income arrangements; and to make selections of optional benefits offered by my
<br />employer or otherwise, and to exercise continuation rights as to any benefits.
<br />17. To deal with thq ntemal Revenue Service or other tax authorities. To prepare,
<br />sign, and file any returns of tax, refund claims, requests for extension of time to file or pay,
<br />petition to any court with respect to any tax, offers, waivers, consents, powers of attomey
<br />and other documents relating to any type of federal, state, local or foreign tax, and to
<br />execute any elections I may have under any such tax laws. To represent my interests in
<br />any dealings with the Internal Revenue Service and any other tax authorities, and to have
<br />authority to receive confidential information, to deliver confidential information to the
<br />internal Revenue Service and any other tax authorities, and to enter into any compromise
<br />or settlement agreement with the Internal Revenue Service and any other tax authorities
<br />as may affect any tax liability, interest or penalty owing to the Internal Revenue Service
<br />and any other tax authorities, by me. I waive any privileges I may have against disclosure
<br />of any confidential tax information to my attorney-in-fact.
<br />18. To borrow and si a security. To borrow any sum from any lender and
<br />encumber any of my real or personal property as security for loans. To execute and
<br />deliver notes and other obligations, and mortgages, security agreements, financing
<br />statements, pledges, liens and other encumbrances.
<br />19. To disclaim. To renounce and disclaim in whole or In part, fractional shares or
<br />specific assets in the manner provided by law, any property or interest in property of any
<br />kind whatsoever, passing to me by intestate successions, as devisee, as successor of a
<br />renounced interest, as donee, as beneficiary under a testamentary or nontestamentary
<br />instrument, as donee of a power of appointment, as grantee, as surviving joint owner or
<br />surviving joint tenant, as beneficiary of an insurance contract, annuity or retirement plan, or
<br />as the person designated to take pursuant to a power of appointment exercised by a
<br />testamentary or nontestamentary instrument, or as recipient of any benefit otherwise
<br />under a testamentary or non -testamentary Instrument, and to execute and deliver and file
<br />in the appropriate Court, or with the proper authority any such renunciation or disclaimer.
<br />20. To appoint Guardian and conservator. To nominate a guardian for my person
<br />and a conservator for my estate if such protected proceedings are commenced.
<br />21. To Maintain Personal and Family Su000rt. To maintain personal and family
<br />maintenance and support for me and my immediate family.
<br />22. To enter safe deposit boxes. To have access to and to enter any safe deposit
<br />boxes or vaults, leased or otherwise, controlled by me or in my name in any bank, trust
<br />company, savings and loan association, safe deposit company, or other institution.
<br />23. To deal with revocable trust. To transfer any of my assets to any revocable trust
<br />created by me, to be administered under the terms of such trust, and to withdraw assets
