202207949 <br />DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />I, Harold L. Hanssen, currently of Doniphan, Nebraska, do hereby make, constitute, <br />and appoint Mark L. Hansen and Gaylord H. Hanssen as my true and lawful agents and <br />attomeys-in-fact, to do and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds, and things, in <br />my name, place, and stead and on my behalf, with the power to act jointly or separately, in <br />their sole discretion. If either of said attorneys -in -fact is unable or unwilling to serve or to <br />continue serving, no successor shall be appointed, and the other named individual shall <br />then continue to serve as my agent and attomey-in-fact with all of the authorities and <br />powers granted the attomey-in-fact succeeded. <br />For purposes of this document, the term "attorney" shall be deemed to refer to my <br />"agent" or "attomey in fact" as appointed herein. My agent and attomey-in-fact shall be <br />entitled to reasonable compensation and reimbursement for expenses accounted for that <br />are spent for the specific purpose of acting as my agent and attorney-in-fact. <br />I hereby revoke all prior general powers of attorney that I may have executed. I <br />retain the right to revoke or amend this Durable Power of Attorney. Any grant of a Durable <br />Power of Attorney made by me after execution of this Durable Power of Attomey shall <br />revoke this Durable Power of Attorney unless the subsequent Durable Power of Attorney <br />contains a statement to the contrary and specifically refers to this Durable Power of <br />Attomey by its date. <br />I declare that this power of attomey is effective as of the date hereof, and that it <br />shall remain effective until revoked in writing by me. This power of attorney shall not be <br />affected by my subsequent disability or incapacity, and the authority granted herein shall <br />be exercisable notwithstanding my disability or incapacity. Furthermore, all such authority <br />shall continue after my death, until notice of such death shall have been received by my <br />attomey so that my attorney has actual knowledge of the fact that I have died. Any action <br />taken in good faith by my attorney during any period while it is uncertain whether I am <br />alive, before my attomey receives actual knowledge of my death, or, in any event, taken <br />during any period while I am disabled or incapacitated, shall be as valid as if I were alive, <br />competent, and not disabled. <br />The meaning and effect of this Durable Power of Attomey is determined by the law <br />of the State of Nebraska. I authorize my agent and attorney-in-fact to do all or any of the <br />acts, deeds and things that I could do, which includes all acts of general authority under <br />Nebraska law that do not require express granting of authority. In extension and not in <br />limitation of the general powers provided under Nebraska law, I authorize my attomey-in- <br />fact to do and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds and things: <br />1. To receive debts, payments. and property. To ask, demand, sue for, recover, <br />and receive all sums of money, debts, dues, goods, wares, merchandise, chattels, <br />effects, and things of whatsoever nature or description which now are or hereafter shall <br />be or become due, owing, payable, or belonging to me in or by any right, title, ways, or <br />means whatsoever, and upon receipt thereof, or of any part thereof, to make, sign, <br />
