The Third Party Lender Agreement was subsequently recorded on the <br />09/20/2022 as Instrument No. 202206798 in the Records of Douglas County, Nebraska, relating to real <br />estate described as: <br />A Tract of land being part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4 SE1/4), section <br />Seventeen (17), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a Survey Marker Spike and L.S. Washer at the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 17 and assuming the South line of said Southeast Quarter as bearing S89°32'20"W and all <br />bearings contained herein are relative there to; thence S89°32'20"W on said line a distance of 600.00 feet; <br />thence N00°06'28"E parallel with the east line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 735.00 feet to a <br />5/8" rebar w/cap; thence N89°32'20E parallel with said South line of the Southeast Quarter a distance of <br />600.00 feet to the East line of said Southeast Quarter; thence S00°06'28"W on said East line a distance of <br />735.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />Since its execution of the Third Party Lender Agreement the Borrower, circumstances have <br />arisen which necessitates the termination of the Third Party Lender Agreement and Release of Adams <br />County Bank from its obligations under the Third Party Lender Agreement. <br />Premised upon the foregoing, the United States Small Business Administration, an agency of the <br />United States of America and assignee of the Third Party Lender Agreement, hereby terminates the Third <br />Party Lender Agreement and releases Adams County Bank from its obligations under the Third Party <br />Lender Agreement. <br />Dated this 3 day of , 2022. <br />United States x`,.:.11 Busine <br />By: <br />
