<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 11, 2019, executed by MATHEW S PREISENDORF
<br />and ARLENE M PREISENDORF, Husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds
<br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument No. 201907784, recorded on the 11th day
<br />of December, 2019, and
<br />and IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the Assignment of
<br />Rents as Additional Security dated December 11, 2019, made to FIVE POINTS BANK, Lender
<br />by MATHEW S PREISENDORF and ARLENE M PREISENDORF, Grantor, which was recorded
<br />as Instrument No. 201907785 on the 11th day of December, 2019, on the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE SOUTH SEVEN (7) FEET OF LOT ELEVEN (11) AND ALL OF LOT THIRTEEN (13),
<br />BLOCK TWO (2), UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of October, 2022.
